With more than 700 employees and annual construction revenues exceeding $1 billion, the region includes full-service offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, and encompasses Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Steve’s vision for the region is predicated on establishing a culture of unity and teamwork while leveraging Turner’s vast resources to provide operational excellence, unmatched client service, and promote Active Caring on all projects.
Following graduation from Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Steve was commissioned as an officer in the United States Navy. He served tours with the Navy Seabees as an Assistant Officer in Charge of Construction, and as Aide to the Commander, Second Naval Construction Brigade and Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic Division.
Steve’s career with Turner began in 1999. He has served in many capacities at Turner including Vice President and General Manager of Turner’s Chicago office, and most recently as Senior Vice President of the Great Lakes and Canadian Regions.
