Vice President, Project Director
Steve lends more than 40 years’ experience within the construction industry. He has worked on both public and private projects using a variety of project delivery methods including CM at Risk, Design Build, Lump Sum Bid and Agency CM.
Steve has previously worked on the San Francisco International Airport Terminal 2, Boarding Area D Renovation and Expansion project, a $380 million design build project and the Oakland International Airport Terminal 2 Renovation and Expansion project, a $180 million CM at risk project. He has also been involved in several other significant projects in both northern and southern California, including; Oakland Army Base, Yerba Buena Gardens and Yerba Buena Gardens Children’s Center, Fillmore Center Residential Towers, LAX Terminal 2, Stouffers Concourse Hotel and Hollywood Park Racetrack Expansion. Steve has also worked on global projects in India and Vietnam.
He has a BS in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University and an MBA in Management from San Francisco State University. He resides in San Rafael, CA with his family.
