Business Development Manager
Tom is responsible for expanding Turner’s national client base while strengthening long-term partnerships with existing clients. He works closely with owners and stakeholders in the earliest stages of project development, providing strategic guidance, technical insight, and preconstruction expertise that enable informed decision-making and successful outcomes.
Prior to joining Turner, Tom led major advanced manufacturing and battery production programs for industry leaders, managing projects valued over $2 billion and overseeing multidisciplinary teams executing complex, high-tech facilities.
He brings a strong foundation in program management, process optimization, and project delivery, combined with a client-focused approach that helps organizations confidently move from concept to execution.
