The Turner project team managing a medical office building fit-out for Kaiser Permanente in Harford County, Maryland, recently completed their work and welcomed doctors, staff, and patients into the 30,000-square-foot space.
Reflecting on the successful turnover, and the project more broadly, Nick Gisewite, project manager, offered praise and thanks to the entire team, and described a collaborative, respectful atmosphere. “Turner’s partnership with Kaiser, Array Architects and our subcontractors created an environment of open communication which paved the way to an on-time delivery of a high quality product and a happy client,” he said.
With patient rooms, radiology space including mammography and bone density imaging, a pharmacy, a laboratory, and a number of offices and ancillary spaces, the facility offers both adult and family medical services to communities north of Baltimore.
