Turner Construction Company is happy to announce that it has begun work on Peabody Union in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.
Peabody Union will feature 50,000 square feet of retail space, 250,000 square feet of Class A office space on six floors, and an exclusive 27-story residential tower with 354 ultra-luxury homes that will offer occupants unobstructed views of the downtown skyline and the Cumberland River. Peabody Union is being developed by Stiles, Hensler Development Group and PGIM Real Estate.
Peabody Union prioritizes sustainability, wellness, and connectivity in design, development, construction, and operations. The project will pursue certification through LEED, Fitwell, and WiredScore for sustainability, wellness, and access to convenient and secure digital connectivity resources.
“The planning for Peabody Union was years in the making and we are happy to be working with a great team to achieve the vision of Stiles, Hensler Development Group and PGIM Real Estate. We are excited to begin construction,” said Paul Lawson, Business Manager, Turner Construction Company.
Completion is expected in Fall 2024.
