Turner has an active workforce of over 300 carpenters and laborers who can self-perform many aspects of our projects, including demolition, concrete repair, and door and hardware installation. This allows us to expedite completion, limit disruption, and reduce cost. Our experienced and safety-conscious union workforce is supported by a well-organized and cost-attentive project team. We can also perform general conditions items, rough carpentry, drywall, and smaller concrete work with our own forces.

Our in-house team of registered and licensed architects, engineers, and designers aim to mitigate design risk, identify coordination challenges, and optimize systems, providing optimized technical solutions for complex projects. Our reviews and evaluations include technical reviews, risk analysis, site inspections, and temporary construction method reviews.
