Major renovations were carried out at the historic hotel located in Saratoga Spa State Park to address damages. The refurbishment involved upgrading all 124 guest rooms with new carpeting, fresh paint, and blinds, along with renovating the bathrooms. In addition, the corridors were revamped with new carpeting, wall coverings, light fixtures, and the installation of new artwork. The hotel's restaurant also underwent refurbishment with new carpeting being installed. The renovation work extended to the basement offices, which were also upgraded, and the heating, hot water, fire alarm, and cooling systems received a complete infrastructure overhaul by Turner.
