Building the Foundation for Future Generations

A voluntary seismic upgrade project of an existing three story office building structure from risk category II to risk category III, and a 10,000 square foot tenant improvement. Improvements were made on the first floor including an entrance concrete canopy and lobby, a new Parent Information Center with presentation space, a conference room, kids room, interview rooms, staff room, kitchen pantry and two restrooms.
