Before the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center project began, our client communicated their vision and the importance this hospital’s renovation and expansion would have on patients, staff, and healthcare in Dallas/Fort Worth. Some goals included designing a facility focused on patient-centered care; attracting and retaining physicians and staff; creating a facility that enhances current service lines and centers of excellence; state-of-the-art campus wayfinding to improve patient experience; and creating a hospital of the future with new technology and innovation. After several years and multiple construction phases, the Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – Irving campus has transformed into a high-tech hub of quality healthcare.
