A Distinctive Hospitality Experience in the Turkish Riviera

Turner is providing project and construction management services for the Bodrum Hillside Hotel development, located in one of Bodrum’s most exclusive coastal destinations.

Rather than following a traditional general contractor model, the project is being delivered under a multi-prime management approach, with Turner directly coordinating and managing all nominated subcontractors and trade packages. Through comprehensive package management and stakeholder coordination, Turner ensures efficient execution, alignment across all project phases, and successful project delivery.

The project comprises the renovation and structural retrofitting of the existing hotel, and the construction of new hospitality units and site infrastructure across a 699,653.5 ft²site. Infrastructure works include roads, water treatment and desalination systems, and mechanical facilities. The project developed in alignment with Hillside’s brand standards and “feeling good” concept.

Upon completion, the development will feature a 308-room luxury hotel and 29 standalone buildings, comprising 10 villas, 4 apartment buildings, and 15 cluster accommodation units. Carefully positioned in harmony with the site's natural contours, the buildings are designed to minimize impact on the existing topography while seamlessly integrating with the surrounding landscape and maximizing views of the Bodrum coastline.

Sustainability considerations are integrated into the project approach, including the relocation and reuse of existing vegetation and the repurposing of excavated stone for site retaining structures. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.
