WS Development’s Seaport Block L4 Project is home to a confidential e-commerce client, providing 400,000 sq. ft. of new offices, conference rooms, and kitchen serveries for approximately 2,000 employees. The 525,000 sq. ft. building includes two levels of retail space along with fifteen levels of office space. The new structure also provides two levels of below-grade parking and outdoor amenities, including areas for concerts, cafes and a skating rink. This building is pursuing LEED Gold certification. The building has a tiered glass curtain wall facade and welcoming green spaces that align with the contemporary ambiance of the surrounding Seaport community.
