Celularity, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, renovated a 3-story, 150,000 sq. ft. office building into its new headquarters. The headquarters for the fully integrated, purpose-built manufacturing, translational research and biobanking center will consist of a new office, biological manufacturing spaces, and quality control laboratories. New MEP systems were installed in the facility, including air handling units and curbs, chillers, pump house, generators, and boilers.
