Turner provided general contracting services for a 173,000 sq. ft. public retail space at 230 Vesey Street within Brookfield Place. The retail reconfiguration three-story façades at the north and south entrances, vertical transportation, and the core and shell of 22 retail spaces and three restaurants. Finishes throughout the lobby levels were also upgraded. This large-scale renovation supported Class A office space and transformed the waterfront into an easily accessible, seven-day-a-week destination for tenants, neighbors and tourists. This project is LEED Gold Certification.
