Preconstruction and construction services were delivered for the complete renovation of the 93,900 square foot, 3-story building originally built in 1960. The revamped facility boasts a new Fitness Center, an upgraded Kissinger Pool and Houston Gymnasium recreation and practice facility, an expanded Varsity Weight Room, a state-of-the-art athletic training and rehab facility, the Carolyn Lehr Student-Athlete Academic Center, a multi-purpose studio, three refinished racquetball courts, a spinning room, and locker rooms dedicated to all of the Bengals’ outdoor sports teams.
