Turner provided construction services for the laboratory and office fit-out of the existing 15,275 sq. ft. 5th floor suite at 3624 Market Street in Philadelphia. The finished space consists of open labs, procedure rooms, high density and cold storage, open office space, conference rooms, and an employee lounge and kitchenette. Building Infrastructure upgrades included a new rooftop generator, air handling units, and a new gas service that was run up to the roof of the building.
