The Turner / Executive Construction team teamed for the corporate headquarters relocation. The new office occupies floors 6 through 18, a portion of the 3rd floor and mailroom space in the building’s loading dock. Located on 7th floor is a state-of-the-art conference center. The six multipurpose rooms can be configured/subdivided to accommodate a variety of functions. High-end displays, integrated room controls, nine panel video walls, virtual-conferencing capabilities and concealed operable partition systems are included in each of the six large conference rooms. The floors include sit/stand workstations, private glass front offices, video conference rooms, employee wellness suites, IT hubs, prayer rooms and pantries. All floors make use of natural light and the column free design of the base building. Shared spaces give employees access to amenities and focus zones.
