Turner provided construction services for two 41-story office buildings, a 30,000 sq. ft. connecting plaza with a fountain area, and two levels of below-grade parking totaling 85,000 sq. ft. The project was built in two distinct phases: Commerce 1 and Commerce 2, each 1,000,000 sq. ft. The project also included 40,000 sq. ft. of retail space located within the tower footprint and contiguous retail building. 300,000 sq. ft. of granite was purchased and installed as part of this project.
