Building on the success of three previous phases, Turner partnered once again with a confidential global internet retailer to deliver the next evolution of their workplace program.
The three-floor fit-out redefines the modern workplace with a focus on wellness, collaboration, and a sense of place. Open work areas, private offices, conference rooms, and kitchenettes are brought together through refined custom millwork and a Toronto-inspired environmental graphic design that reflects the city’s vibrant energy.
Sustainability Commitment
Sustainability remained a cornerstone of the project. The team diverted 80% of construction waste from landfills and reduced embodied carbon impacts, supporting the client’s vision for a responsible, future-focused workplace.
