The project was a full gut and interior fit out of the 3rd floor for De Lage Landen. The project is primarily office space, which was mainly constructed out of Falkbuilt pre-manufactured partitions. The office space also features a small work café, a coffee bar, and a recreation area for employees. Turner also provided upgrades to the building infrastructure, which included new boilers, cooling towers, and RTUs.
