Turner provided project and construction management services for Four Seasons Place, Kuala Lumpur. Developed by Venus Assets, the 75-story hotel and residential tower is accompanied by a five-story luxury retail podium that opened in June 2018. The hotel features amenities that include an executive lounge, four on-site eateries, a spa, a fitness center, and a rooftop infinity pool with far-reaching views of Kuala Lumpur's skyline.
In addition to the 236 key five-star hotel components, the skyscraper contains 242 Four Seasons private residences and 27 serviced apartments. All residences are situated on mid to top-level floors, offering spectacular views of the adjacent Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), and overlooking its beautifully landscaped 50-acre park. At 1,124 feet, Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur is the 4th tallest building in Malaysia.
