Aerojet Rocketdyne's Advanced Manufacturing Facility houses the production of subcomponents of AR1 rocket engines, composite cases for rocket motors, and 3D-printed rocket engine components. A leader in the aerospace industry, Huntsville's Turner office has extensive experience in aerospace and manufacturing, which was an asset to this highly technical and complex project. The facility includes a mix of high bays and low bays, as well as space for several overhead cranes, which Aerojet uses to transport and relocate the parts it fabricates within the facility.
