The Inspir Embassy Row project represents the transformation of the historic Fairfax Hotel in Washington, DC’s Dupont Circle neighborhood into a premier senior living community. Originally constructed in the 1920s, with an expansion completed in 1984, the property has been thoughtfully redeveloped into a 174-unit assisted living and memory care residence that blends historic character with modern luxury.
The completed facility reflects Maplewood Senior Living’s vision of integrating architectural excellence with elevated hospitality and clinical care. Residents benefit from a wide range of amenities, including formal and private dining spaces, a bistro and lounge, a media room, library, salon, art studio, indoor pool, spa amenities, fitness and therapy spaces, and dedicated nursing support areas.
