JPMorgan Chase, North Amherst Branch

Net Zero Bank Branch with Cutting-Edge Technology

Constructing a 3,322-square-foot state-of-the-art bank branch, guided by unparalleled general contracting expertise. The scope included general fit-out construction, structural support, and the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. It also covered technology upgrades for telecommunication and security, along with interior finishes such as ceilings, walls, and flooring, and the installation of bank equipment and signage.

Sitework featured lighting installation, building curbs, walkways, paving, and an ADA-compliant parking lot. The branch included private offices, a lounge, a booth, a Chase branch "living room," a teller line, and interior ATMs in both the lobby and 24-hour vestibule, as well as a drive-up ATM.

Committed to sustainability, the branch was designed as a net zero project and sought LEED certification. It proudly featured solar panels installed on the roof, harnessing renewable energy to achieve exceptional environmental performance.
