Turner is providing preconstruction services for Landmark 55 Tower, a mixed-use development featuring two interconnected towers atop a 5-level podium. The 55-story tower, rising 220 meters, will host a 5-star hotel and condominium with a dramatic sky lobby, while the 37-story tower will offer Grade A office space. A four-story retail pavilion, positioned between the towers, will feature an F&B roof garden and a hotel amenity terrace that spans the site. Ground-level plazas and pedestrian streets, lined with retail and dining options, will energize the central retail pavilion.
Located in Hanoi's new Starlake Urban Development Area, a district designated to become the city's new administrative center, this area will serve as the primary hub for diplomatic compounds, international cultural facilities, and trade/exhibition events. Home to the most modern and luxurious amenities in the city, Landmark 55 is set to become Hanoi's third tallest building and an iconic commercial and entertainment destination for the neighborhood.
