This new automobile body paint facility is connected to weld and assembly facilities via new auto body conveyor tunnels. The scope of work included underground utility modifications, grading, building pad preparation, paving, caissons, building and process equipment foundations. The three-story structural steel building shell has a joist/joist girder roof system, insulated metal panel walls and an insulated membrane roof. The mechanical work included a storm water roof drainage system, plumbing, and HVAC systems for restrooms.
