State-of-the-Art Facilities

The project consists of the construction of a new stand-alone Cancer Center. The 67,000 sq. ft. 2-story building contains cancer infusion space, both open and private bays, diagnostics clinical space with imaging, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and a women’s center. Along with primary cancer and diagnostic space, the building also has a support program including exam rooms, radiation therapy, and an on-site pharmacy. An Interior build-out to include metal studs and gypsum board and lay-in ceilings, interior doors, MEP branch systems, cabinetry, interior finishes, and other miscellaneous items as defined in the construction documents.
