The new three-story, 260,000-sq. ft. physician’s office building (POB) and a 724-space parking garage was a needed addition to the Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital campus. The project was completed in three phases, one of which included the demolition of an existing garage and colonnade. The POB and parking garage facilitate accessibility to existing campus buildings. The project was successfully completed using the Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) method, which Turner also utilized effectively on previous projects for Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare.
