This project for Capital One included the fit-out of 7,500 sq. ft. of new office space. The space featured an open, industrial concept with exposed ceilings and bare concrete features throughout.
The scope of work included the fitout of four huddle rooms, five small offices, an IDF room, conference room, and a small dining area. In addition to the IDF room, a new split unit as well as UPS had to be installed for the AV/Data equipment racks. The space is now used to aid in the recruitment of students from the University of Maryland.
Comprehensive preconstruction services were provided throughout design to accommodate owner budget and evolution of the program.
