This Office and R&D Lab project consists of a 155,000 sq. ft. buildout and conversion of an existing warehouse building. The scope of work includes research and development, support staff workspace, shared collaboration and support spaces, a mock surgical suite, R&D Labs with parts washers and autoclave machines, and employee lounges and cafe. This project is LEED Silver Certified.
