The modern building includes five levels of Class-A office space, ground-floor retail, and four levels of secured underground parking.

The building features three different mass-timber types, including dowel-laminated timber, glued-laminated timber, and cross-laminated timber, each serving a purpose in distinct parts of the design.
Floor-to-ceiling glass throughout the building shows off the warm timber interiors, providing occupants and visitors with natural light and neighborhood views.
