New York City Economic Department Corporation, Pier 15

Pier 15 Project Expands Access to NYC Public Parks

The Pier 15 project included construction of a two-story, 50,000 sq. ft. public space with a glass-enclosed amenities building, a green roof, open park space, independent mechanical systems, and public restrooms. The Pier’s open spaces include recreational features as well as waterfront lookouts, and mooring for boats and small ships. To complete the project on-time and within budget, Turner's project team developed a material delivery program that safeguarded the major installations.
