Cozen O'Connor, Office Fitout, Floors 55 & 56

Designed by Alliance Architecture, Cozen O'Connor was designed to accommodate the law firm's significant growth in recent years. Programmatic areas for the new spaced included enclosed private offices, a centralized conferencing center, distributed conferenced rooms, pantry areas and a lobby and reception area. The relocation to 3 World Trade Center from the firm's previous offices at 45 Broadway and 277 Park Avenue brings all New York employees together in one centralized location. The custom millwork reception desk and cathedral-styled ceilings in the elevator lobby sets the tone for the high-end finishes throughout the space. Stardusk white tile pave the way to large pantry areas with custom Turf Baffle Ceilings and millwork nook seating areas. Each conference room contains a "Duo" wall system by Alur winner of the NeoCon Gold Award for Best Movable Wall System. The Duo Wall features enhanced sound attenuation performance with double-glazed panels and doors.
