Turner provided construction management services for the fit out of the 26th and 27th floors at 32 Avenue of the Americas for Rudin Management Company, on behalf of Dorilton Capital. The scope of work included private offices, open workstations, conference rooms and a high-end reception area. The project was complete in an occupied building with no interruption to the buildings tenants.
