Buildings B & C provide rooms for 460 students in apartment style units, each equipped with air-conditioning, a kitchen, and living and dining rooms. The two buildings, totaling 181,000 sq. ft, are structural steel on spread footings and have an exterior wall of masonry with punched windows and curtainwall. Turner self-performed the concrete for this project.
