Turner provided preconstruction and construction services for a 191,000 sq. ft. interior law firm renovation in One Liberty Place in Philadelphia, PA. The renovation included full demolition and fit-out of floors 21 through 28 for Cozen O’Connor’s new Philadelphia office location. The new space includes offices, workstations, a centralized conference center, distributed conference rooms, a cafe and pantry area, IDF rooms, a server room, and a vault.
