Remal Mall (Boutik Mall Al Ain)

Turner International provided Project Management on the Boutik Al Ain shopping mall in the heart of the city of Al Ain. The site is situated near the Al Nagfa Mountains and Al Ain Sports Club, and directly adjacent to the Al Oyoun Village. With a total built up area of more than 130,000 sq. m., the Boutik Al Ain sits on a 25,000 sq. m. site. The mall includes two underground basement car parking levels, four levels of retail area, and a mezzanine level for operational and rentable office space. Across the four levels of retail there are 173 retail outlets, including twelve restaurants – many with garden terrace access – seven food court outlets, four cafés, a seven-screen cinema, and a family entertainment area.
