Turner, in partnership with Perryman Construction, provided preconstruction and construction services for a new 250,000 sq. ft. five-story office building for Brandywine Realty Trust in Camden, within the larger development of Knights Crossing. The building is a steel-frame structure with precast exteriors panels. Amenities include a conference center, a dining area, a fitness center, and surface parking for 1,000. The project is LEED®-V3 Silver certified.
