The Fan Pier D Condominiums at 50 Liberty are situated along Boston’s Fan Pier waterfront area. This 404,000 sq. ft. high-rise luxury residential building was the sixth consecutive project that Turner delivered for the Fallon Company. The project includes 12 levels of condominium space, 120 luxury units, two levels of retail, three underground levels of parking spanning 120,000 sq. ft. and a mechanical penthouse. The glass facade of the tower is articulated by angular shifts and balconies within the building’s envelope.
This building received LEED Silver certification.
