Parcel I is a 17-story building with three levels of below-grade parking. The building has retail space on the first floor and 16 floors of tenant space. The building has a fitness center at the second floor, a dining area at the eighth floor, and a garden terrace on the 17th floor.
Turner also built out the interior space for the anchor tenant, Goodwin Procter. Goodwin occupies twelve floors, encompassing over 372,000 sq. ft. walls of glass, interconnecting staircases, wood veneers, stone, and fabric panels adorn the offices, conference rooms, law library, and support spaces throughout the floors.
