Turner provided preconstruction and construction management services for this 43-story, 473,000- sq. ft., 302-unit condominium in the heart of Philadelphia’s Center City. The structure is cast-in-place concrete, with the exterior being a glass curtain wall system with metal panel highlights. The vertical transportation system includes three geared passenger elevators and one geared service elevator. The garage includes two hydraulic passenger elevators. Special amenities include high-end residential appliances and a swimming pool. The project also featured an attached six-level, 118,000- sq. ft., 302-space precast parking garage.
