Originally built in 1925, The Press/321 had previously served as the Detroit Free Press headquarters until the late 1990’s. The 14-story, 302,000 sq. ft. historic, limestone building has now been restored and reactivated as a modern, mixed-use facility for retail, office and apartment living.
First floor restaurant and retail space ranges in size up to 8,300 sq. ft. Second and third floors are designated for office build-outs. The center tower features 105 modern apartments with conveniences such as in-unit laundry, stainless steel appliances and large bathroom vanities.
