Turner provided extensive pre-construction services to The Salvation Army as they initiated a fundraising campaign and explored several design iterations of the Kroc Corps Community Center. In keeping with the mission and holistic approach of The Army, the Kroc Center provides facilities, programs, and services that encourage positive experiences for children and adults and seeks to strengthen individuals and families and enrich the lives of seniors.
This 85,000 sq. ft. facility boasts a broad range of amenities including an aquatic center, social services center, education and family care classrooms, teen center, a recreational health facility which includes a multi-use gymnasium and a 2,000 sq. ft. fitness center, as well as a studio arts facility with a 250-seat performing arts theater.
