The U.S. Patent & Trademark Office is a multi-phase tenant improvement project. The first phase was to design and construct a variety of colorful and energetic spaces. Phase two included renovations to the existing City Hall tower/wing, tenant move management of furnishings and equipment to house the 170 city staff. Turner, Gensler, the City of San Jose and the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office had a collaborative and successful project that embraces the creative atmosphere of the Silicon Valley.
