Enhanced Patient Care

This project was a complex five phase renovation of clinical spaces throughout the St. Joseph Medical Center pre-, post- and operation spaces. All renovation work was completed adjacent to occupied patient and visitor spaces. The project required significant utility and infrastructure coordination so as to not disturb the hospital’s ongoing operations and patient safety priorities.

The renovated facility addresses the continuing need to provide state-of-the-art medical care to Baltimore residents, in order to safely and efficiently accommodate existing volumes for surgical services.

The project team was able to successfully achieve substantial completion ahead of schedule.
