This extensive 5,100 sq. ft. building renovation project involved a complete overhaul, beginning with the demolition of existing finishes and the incorporation of structural beams and columns to facilitate a future open layout. The renovation included crucial upgrades such as new foundations, seismic enhancements, perimeter building insulation upgrades, state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical systems, and the addition of an interconnected staircase. The project introduced two new building entrances, three modern bathrooms, a well-appointed kitchen, 11 spacious offices, and a captivating bamboo and rock garden. Notably, intricate glasswork and upscale finishes were integrated throughout the project. A meticulous plan ensured uninterrupted access to the bank vault and temporary ATM for clients throughout construction, highlighting careful project management.
