Capilano University occupies the second floor of 125 Victory Ship Way, a design by DIALOG Architects. The area boasts lofty 15-foot ceilings and a 60-foot balcony, encompassing classrooms, offices, and a lounge. The project integrated operable partitions, transforming classrooms into conference zones, along with a 14-foot metal-clad structure hosting breakout spaces and classrooms. Ceiling-mounted millwork leaves adorn open areas. Positioned in the new Shipyards, the site includes mixed-use commercial and community spaces, plus a waterfront boutique hotel managed by the Executive Group. This expansion empowers Capilano University to accommodate more students and enhance facilities for its 10,000-strong student body participating in 95 diverse programs.
