Renovation for Northeastern University's First Vancouver Campus

The project for Northeastern University's Vancouver campus, situated within the newly constructed 410 West Georgia building, encompassed three distinct phases of work.

Phase 1 comprised a single-level space with operable partitions, featuring four classrooms, five huddle meeting rooms, three storage rooms, a kitchen, a mother's room, a printer room, a gender-neutral washroom, a janitor's closet, a local area network room, open study and collaborative areas, an event space, and shared administrative collaboration areas.

Phase 2 involved the creation of open office and collaboration spaces, as well as the installation of an interconnecting staircase to link this area with the existing floor. Notably, this phase was executed while regular classes were ongoing.

Phase 3 included the establishment of an entryway situated within the base building lobby and the installation of an interconnected staircase leading to the second floor. The second floor was primarily designated for collaboration spaces equipped with VR (Virtual Reality) equipment.
