Its purpose was to serve as an efficient, multi-purpose facility, acting as a shared platform for UBC Arts students to collaborate across disciplines. The facility featured an array of specialized activity zones and amenities that supported creative engagement, including designated spaces for media production, video conferencing, graphics production, and a student-operated art gallery. Notably, a dedicated multi-use space was integrated to enhance collaborative interactions with faculty groups, reflecting the project's commitment to fostering cooperative engagement. Overall, the finalized dual-story structure successfully provided a conducive environment that encouraged diverse forms of cross-disciplinary interaction among UBC Arts students, facilitating collaborative initiatives.
