Revitalizing Provincial Health & Services Authority's New Office Space

This project was a three-phased 92,428 sq. ft. office ft-out for Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) offices on floors two - 14 located at 1333 W. Broadway. Phase A, which included Levels 2 to 11, and Phase B which included Levels 12 and 14 included open and closed office space, collaboration areas, a kitchen, phone rooms, and an IT room. A custom mural was also incorporated into the space. Phase C was a 6,000 sq. ft. TI including office workstations for PHSA’s cardiac office staff and collaboration space which will be used for public town hall meetings. Each floor had a separate building permit and was released to the client at different intervals. The building permit for Phase A was released a lot later than anticipated, followed by a delay in the release of the IFC Drawings. This led the team to be creative in their approach to scheduling, problem-solving, and coordination to ensure the client was able to move in by May.
