Turner provided project and construction management services for Hilton Saigon, a 5-star hotel with 32 floors, 4 basement levels, 312 rooms, a gym center, a spa, a swimming pool, and a conference room with a capacity of 1,200 people. Standing at 154 meters, Hilton Saigon is the tallest 5-star hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
Located approximately seven kilometers from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Hilton Saigon occupies a prime spot next to the new Vietcombank Tower, in the heart of the Central Business District, where many of the city's administrative offices, consulates, and major commercial buildings are situated. The district is also home to key tourist attractions, including the Saigon Notre Dame Basilica, Saigon Opera House, Central Post Office, City Hall, and the Reunification Palace.
The building’s envelope features low-emissivity insulating glass that meets U.S. energy-saving standards. The façade is designed to withstand fires and earthquakes up to 6 on the Richter scale. The hotel offers unobstructed views of the Saigon River and is the first hotel in Ho Chi Minh City to be managed by Hilton Worldwide Corporation.
